Born in Dublin, Andrew trained with Jill Wigham School of Dance, Dublin, Bird College, Kent and The Royal Ballet School, London where he was chosen to represent the school at the International Ballet competition, The Prix de Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a former soloist of The Birmingham Royal Ballet and has danced in all the great classical ballets and also in a variety of roles in works by such distinguished choreographers as Ashton, MacMillan, Wright, Cranko, Balanchine, De Valois, Van Manen, De Mille and Joos.
